Wanna make a return?

No probs! Here's how:  

7 Days Return / 14 Days Exchange

When you get your goods, you have 7 days for a refund or 14 days for an exchange.

If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

Please kindly know that all postage costs (including shipping and return charges) must be covered by the customer, unless the goods is faulty.

If you received a faulty goods or the wrong item, please click the CONTACT US link in the footer to send us mail so we can make it right. 

What is your returns policy?

There are only 2 rules: you should send your return needs to us in 7 days when you received your goods, and your goods needs to be unwashed and unworn. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around. 

What return options can I choose from?

You can select either a refund for the cost of the item, or a 110% store credit. 

110% store credit?

Aw yeah. If you choose a store credit for your return, we'll send you a voucher for 100% of cost of your item AND an extra 10% use on your next order. 

What if you guys sent me a faulty item?

We're super sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your goods – from up close, from far away, after rocking it all day.

If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please click the CONTACT US link in the footer to send us mail and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.

To be eligible for a return or exchange you must follow our exact instructions. 

Contact us before you send products back to us. We will tell you the address where you could return the products to. 

Return the item in its unworn, as received condition. 

Include a detailed note explaining why the merchandise is being returned and what you want in exchange.
